The thermal expansion sensor is mainly used to measure the expansion displacement of the steam turbine cylinder. With the cooperation of the thermal expansion monitoring instrument, remote indication, alarm, constant current output and other functions of the thermal expansion displacement can be completed. The on-site indication has a large field of view, while the remote indication is displayed digitally, which is clear and intuitive.

The medium frequency differential transformer type displacement sensor is used as the sensing element, which is a highly reliable LVDT displacement sensor with strong resistance, good linearity, simple structure, not easy to damage, and can be used continuously.

Main functions:

◆Range: optional, users can customize it during instrument selection, pre-set by the manufacturer.

◆Displacement direction: The direction can be selected as the positive direction when the side is away from the probe, or when the measured surface approaches the probe. Users can customize the instrument selection, which is pre-set by the manufacturer or adjusted by an external universal display module unit.

◆Status indicator light:

OKIndicator light: green LED, when constantly on, it indicates that the system is working normally; If it does not light up, it indicates that the sensor and the connected circuit are not working properly, and the alarm circuit is cut off. It is necessary to check the sensor, circuit or instrument. After troubleshooting, the system enters normal monitoring mode, and the light automatically turns on normally.

ALARMIndicator light: yellow light-emitting diode, used to indicate the alert alarm status; The light on indicates that the alert alarm relay is activated, and the light and relay actions are synchronized.
