The maximum operating temperature testing device for insulation materials is suitable for evaluating the maximum operating temperature of insulation products such as loose filled insulation materials, felt, blanket, block, board, and prefabricated insulation pipe shells.
The maximum operating temperature testing device for insulation materials complies with the relevant standards of GB/T17430-1998 "Evaluation Method for Maximum Operating Temperature of Insulation Materials". Non equivalent: ASTM C411-82 "Test Method for Hot Surface Performance of High Temperature Insulation Materials", ASTM C447-85 "Evaluation Method for Maximum Operating Temperature of Insulation Materials", and Appendix A "Test Method for Determining the Maximum Operating Temperature of Prefabricated Mineral Wool Pipe Shell" of ISO 8142:1990.
1. Heating plate: made of USU304 stainless steel, with a test area of 900 * 450mm, surrounded by protective layers, and a width of 80mm.
2. Heating tube: made of SUS304 stainless steel, with a length of 2M.
3. Temperature measurement system: using thermocouple wire diameter of 0.40mm, measuring temperature: 0-1100 ℃; Using PLC+module to collect temperature.
4. Control part: Using PLC module, microcomputer control real-time display of hot surface temperature curve, output report.
5. Heating rate: 5 ℃/min or 3 ℃/min can be set.
6. Temperature collection: Collect every 2 minutes and display it with a curve.
