The HC-CMF100 series thermal gas mass flowmeter is an instrument that uses the principle of thermal conduction to measure fluid flow rate. The instrument uses the constant temperature difference method to accurately measure gas mass flow rate. Thermal gas mass flow meters have the advantages of small volume, high degree of digitization, easy installation, and accurate measurement.

1、 Product Overview


HC-CMF100 series thermal gas mass flowmeterIt is an instrument that uses the principle of heat conduction to measure the mass flow rate of gases. The sensor of this instrument consists of two reference level thermal resistors (platinum RTDs). One is the mass velocity sensor T1, and the other is the temperature sensor T2 that measures changes in gas temperature. When these two RTDs are placed in the measured gas, sensor T1 is heated to a constant temperature difference above the gas temperature, while sensor T2 is used to sense the temperature of the measured gas. As the gas mass flow rate increases, the airflow carries away more heat, causing the temperature of sensor T1 to decrease. To maintain a constant temperature difference between T1 and T2, the heating power of T1 needs to be increased. According to the King's law of thermal effect, there is a definite mathematical relationship between heating power P, temperature difference △ T (T1-T2), and mass flow rate Q.

2、 Product application scope


Measurement of oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, chlorine, and multi-component gases. Measure gas mass flow rate without temperature or pressure compensation.

Measurement of blast furnace gas and coke oven gas. ● Large range ratio, measuring flow velocity range: 0.1Nm/s to 120Nm/s.

3、 Product type


HC-CMF100 seriesThe thermal gas mass flowmeter consists of an integrated flow transmitter and flow sensor. According to the type of flow sensor, it can be divided into plug-in and pipe section thermal gas mass flow meters.

The segmented thermal gas mass flowmeter is equipped with a process pipeline with the same inner diameter as the on-site pipeline when it leaves the factory. The connection method with the on-site pipeline is flange connection or threaded connection. The pipe segment sensor is suitable for pipeline diameters ranging from DN15 to 2000mm.

The sensor material is stainless steel, and the pipeline material is carbon steel or stainless steel. Please provide detailed instructions for special materials when ordering.
