Thermal oil electric heaterThe system integrates a fluid electric heater, a heat transfer oil pump, pipeline connection accessories, physical quantity sensors, and an automated electric heating device. It uses the heat transfer of heat medium and heat transfer oil (or water) to indirectly heat the medium or equipment, and uses an oil pump to drive the circulation of heat medium to achieve heating temperature to meet production needs. It is an ideal upgrade for ordinary boilers.

The working principle of a heat transfer oil electric heater: For an electric heating oil furnace, heat is generated and transmitted by an electric heating element immersed in heat transfer oil. Using heat transfer oil as a medium, a circulation pump is used to force the heat transfer oil to circulate in liquid phase, transferring the heat to one or more heating devices. After being unloaded by the heating devices, the heat is returned to the heater through the circulation pump, and then absorbed and transferred to the heating devices. This cycle repeats, and the continuous transfer of heat is achieved, causing the temperature of the heated object to rise and meet the heating process requirements.

precautions

1. The operator of the thermal oil electric heater should receive training on the knowledge of thermal oil electric heaters and obtain certification from the local boiler safety supervision agency.

2. Units using thermal oil electric heaters must develop operating procedures for thermal oil electric heaters. The operating procedures should include methods and precautions for starting, operating, shutting down, and emergency shutdown of the thermal oil electric heater. Operators must operate according to the operating procedures.

3. The pipelines within the range of the thermal oil electric heater should be insulated, but the flange connection should not be covered.

4. During the heating process of the thermal oil electric heater, the exhaust valve of the expansion tank should be opened to exhaust the mixed steam of air, water, and organic heat carrier before it can enter normal operation.

5. Organic heat carriers must undergo dehydration before they can be used. Different organic heat carriers should not be mixed for use. When mixed use is required, the organic heat carrier production unit should provide the mixing conditions and requirements before mixing.

6. The residual carbon, acid value, viscosity, and flash point of the organic heat carrier in use should be analyzed annually. When two analyses fail or the content of decomposed components in the heat carrier exceeds 10%, the heat carrier should be replaced or regenerated.

7. The heating surface of the thermal oil electric heater should be inspected and cleaned regularly, and the inspection and cleaning results should be recorded in the boiler technical file.

8. After the installation or major repair of the thermal oil electric heater, a hydraulic test at 1.5 times the working pressure should be conducted by the user unit and the installation or repair unit before it can be put into operation. Only after passing the test can it be put into operation. During hydraulic and air tightness tests, the local boiler safety supervision agency should send personnel to participate.

9. The boiler room should have effective fire prevention and extinguishing measures.
