TM6914Thermocouple temperature transmitterIt is an excellent temperature measuring signal isolator
Precautions
■ Rated input voltage and range
This instrument (isolator) is powered by a 24VDC DC power supply, and the use of a 220V AC power supply is strictly prohibited.
• Power supply voltage range: 20~30VDC
■ working environment
For indoor use only, please install this instrument in a safe location.
The protection level of the instrument is IP20 (IEC 60529/EN 60529), suitable for clean and dry environmentsInternal use.
The ambient temperature is -20~60 ℃ (continuous operation), and the relative humidity is 5~95% RH (no condensation).
■routinesafety measures
When installing or disassembling instruments, please turn off the power and disconnect the signal input to ensure safety.
Do not apply loads to the instrument beyond its design capacity.
It is strictly prohibited to dismantle instruments or modify circuit components without authorization to prevent instrument failure or malfunction.
If there is damage, improper load or functional failure of the instrument, the instrument should be shut down and immediately withdrawn.
■ Wiring
The wiring cables of the instrument should be kept away from electromagnetic interference sources (such as relay drive cables, high-frequency wires, etc.).
Do not install wiring cables and electromagnetic interference sources in the same conduit.
Product Overview
TM6914Thermocouple temperature transmitterSuitable for thermocouple or thermistor signal input, conversion and isolation outputDC with a linear relationship with temperatureCurrent or voltage signals are sent to the control system or other instruments.
The channel forms for input and output include 1 in 1 out, 1 in 2 out, and 2 in 2 out. Input output power supply and isolation between channels.
Intelligent design allows for the setting of sensor signals, range, output, and parameters through computer tool software. the productConfiguration settings have been made before leaving the factory or according to the user's ordering requirements, and have undergone precise testing and verification.The set data is printed on the product label or casing.
This isolation transmitter is powered by an independent DC power supply and is installed in a standard 35mm DIN rail card. Plug and unplug wiring plugTighten the connection.
install
Installed in a safe location and meeting the environmental conditions required by the instrument technical specifications.
Horizontal or vertical installation, clamped on a standard 35mm DIN rail (see Figure 2), the rail should comply with the size specifications of TH35-7.5 rail in the national standard GB/T19334-2003. This standard is equivalent to the International Electrotechnical Commission's IEC60715-1981 international standard.
The installation must be stable and firm. It is recommended to use guide rail plugs to prevent the instrument from sliding or being installed unstably on the guide rail. Can be densely installed.
■Method of installation on the guide rail
① Hook the upper end of the instrument mounting bracket onto a standard DIN rail;
② Push the instrument towards the guide rail direction, so that the installation clip of the instrument fits into the DIN rail;
③ Press and install the locking card to lock the DIN rail.
■Method of disassembling from the guide rail
① Insert a flathead screwdriver (blade width ≤ 4mm) into the installation locking card of the instrument panel;
② Gently pry open the installation locking card to detach the instrument from the DIN rail;
③ Remove the instrument from the guide rail.
Terminal wiring
■insertPull out wiring plug terminal, connected by crimping method
The wiring cable adopts single core or multi-core cables with a cross-sectional area of 0.5-2.5mm ². The length of the core stripped of the cable protective layer is about 6-8mm. It is necessary to ensure that the cable protective layer can be cleaned and the core of the cable cannot be damaged.
It is recommended to use a tubular pre insulated end cap to cover the cable core (see Figure 5) and use a crimping tool to pre insulate the tubular end cap
Tighten the small end of the terminal to facilitate insertion into the terminal hole.
Use a suitable one headed screwdriver (blade width ≤ 3mm) and apply slight force to press against the terminal of the wiring plug
Press the wire clamp and insert the cable core (with a tubular pre insulated end) into the terminal hole, then release the pressure
The screwdriver on the crimping card. In this way, the metal sheet inside the plug terminal can press the wiring cable tightly
