This standard has been reviewed and filed for medical device standards by the Beijing Medical Products Administration, with reference number YYH2968.
This standard is registered with the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, with registration number XC0066-004.
■ Scope of application
Used for constant temperature testing and evaporation concentration in laboratories such as production, scientific research, hospitals, and metrology departments.
Main structure
It consists of a box, inner liner, panel, beaker ring, shelf, electric heating tube, and intelligent digital temperature controller.
Uniformly fill the insulation material between the studio and the shell, and ensure that the temperature rise of the shell does not exceed 25 ℃.
■ Material selection
The material of the box is A3 iron plate.
The inner liner, panel, and beaker ring are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti (foreign grade SUS304) stainless steel plate.
The shelf material is LY2 aluminum plate.
The surface of the box is electrostatically sprayed with epoxy powder, and the exposed part of the stainless steel is polished to provide anti-corrosion and decorative effects.
