Complete steel pipe coating line, 3PE anti-corrosion coating, suitable for diameter range of Φ 159- Φ 1220mm.


3PE anti-corrosion
The 3PE layer of the anti-corrosion structure is the pipeline. The first layer is epoxy powder (FBE>100 μ m), the second layer is adhesive (AD) 170-250 μ m, and the third layer is polyethylene (PE) 2.5-3.7 μ m. The fusion of the three materials can be mixed with steel pipes and then used as an anti-corrosion layer, which has excellent performance. The diameter range is from φ 159 to φ 1220.

2PE anti-corrosion
The anti-corrosion structure consists of a 2PE layer for the pipeline, with the first layer made of adhesive (AD) and the second layer made of polyethylene (PE). The two materials are fused together, with each layer having the same thickness as 3PE, causing corrosion.
