The three-dimensional corrugated compensator, also known as a compensator, expansion joint, or expansion joint, is a specialized compensator designed specifically for coal powder pipelines. The pipeline compensator adopts a multi-layer one-time hydraulic forming process, which can compensate for the composite displacement in axial, angular, transverse, and various directions. Pipeline compensators have various advantages such as strong wear resistance, large compensation capacity, good product performance, long service life, etc.
2、 Model example:
Example: MSW450 × 8J/200-L
Representation: A three-dimensional corrugated compensator specifically designed for coal powder, with a nominal diameter of 450mm, a wave number of 8 waves, and a compensation amount of 200mm. L is the length of the product.
3、 Scope of application:
Suitable for displacement compensation in any direction of primary, secondary, and tertiary air pipelines for coal powder, hot air gas-solid two-phase fluids, with a flow rate of 15 500mmH2O. A pipeline system with thermal displacement requirements for gas-solid two-phase fluids containing other solid dust and particles, operating at a temperature of 60 ℃~450 ℃ and a wind pressure of 0.25MPa.
4、 Performance characteristics:
High temperature resistance, no powder leakage, no powder accumulation, low displacement stiffness; Capable of absorbing displacement in any direction, with good flexibility to ensure the boiler and piping system can expand freely; Easy installation and maintenance, simple hanger, long service life, and comprehensive investment savings. Widely used in 100~600MW power generation units, it fundamentally solves the problem of coal powder leakage and ensures the normal and safe operation of the unit.
