The RCGF32/32/10 PET bottle washing/filling/capping three in one machine is an advanced model developed by our company in combination with advanced international hot filling technology, suitable for hot filling of juice and tea beverages. This machine adopts bottleneck conveying method, which only requires minimal replacement of parts and can be applied to various bottle types, eliminating wear and tear on the bottle body and ensuring smooth conveying. The filling method is micro negative pressure gravity filling, and the unique filling technology not only improves the filling speed and accuracy. At the same time, it avoids the generation of bubbles during the filling process. The sanitary grade circulation system precisely ensures the temperature during product filling, providing reliable assurance of product quality. The instant grab and spin cap technology introduced from France is at the leading level domestically. After extraction and ingredient mixing, the tea or juice is sent to the filling barrel of the filling machine by the UHT (Ultra High Temperature Instant Sterilization) system to meet the process requirements. At this time, no filling is carried out, and the tea continues to flow back to the reflux tank. If the temperature detection does not meet the process requirements, the tea is reheated in the UHT system. After the temperature detection in the reflux tank meets the process requirements, filling is carried out. When filling, turn on the vacuum pump and adjust the vacuum ball valve to ensure that the negative pressure in the reflux tank meets the process requirements. There is a liquid level detection device in the reflux tank. When the liquid level exceeds the high level, the reflux pump works to pump the tea water back to the UHT system. When the liquid level reaches the low level, the reflux pump stops working. When performing CIP cleaning, UHT stops working, and the filling valve is fitted with a fake bottle. The cleaning solution (acid, alkali, water) still enters the high-level tank from the filling machine inlet at a pressure of 1-2Kg/cm2, the distribution cylinder, the filling valve, and then the discharge cylinder through the filling valve, and then the reflux tank, and finally the CIP cleaning machine. During this process, the reflux pump can be activated to circulate and clean the reflux tank through the cleaning ball at the top of the reflux tank
