In order to complete this function, the system mainly includes the functions of inputting meeting documents, monitoring meeting documents, collecting meeting documents, and auditing meetings.

The system is deployed at the entrance of the conference room, and in practical applications, the antenna is facing the entrance and exit passage of the conference room.
The conference room document monitoring system consists of two parts: hardware and software. The hardware part includes RFID tags, reading and writing devices, antennas, and tablets, while the software part is installed on the tablets.
1. Hardware functions
RFID tag: uniquely encoded, used to bind files, items, etc. one by one, facilitating system collection and identification.
Antenna: Used to activate and collect RFID tag data within the coverage range of the collector.
Reading and writing device: used to collect and process RFID tag data, and send it to the application program.
Tablet computer: Install and deploy application software, perform monitoring initialization, monitoring, recycling, and later audit work.
2. Connections between hardware
Read/write devices and antennas: connected through dedicated feeders.
Reading and writing devices and tablets: Connected through Ethernet cables to complete network communication between the reader and the applications on the tablet.
