This product is a specialized tool (QY-BGJC1.0) developed by Tian Da Qingyuan Company for conducting confidentiality checks on commonly used office equipment storage components under the National Security Bureau's "Confidentiality Inspection Tool for Common Office Equipment Storage Components" project. This product has passed the special evaluation of the National Security Technology Evaluation Center (National Security Test 2016C04554) and passed the project acceptance expert review meeting organized by the Science and Technology Department of the National Security Bureau. The confidentiality inspection technology has filled the gap in China, providing technical support for confidentiality departments to conduct confidentiality inspections of office equipment and reducing the leakage of state secrets.
Approximately 5 million copiers are sold annually in our country, with even more printers and fax machines. However, the vast majority of copiers are not eliminated due to their end-of-life. With technological updates, many units regularly update their office equipment, resulting in a large number of copiers entering the second-hand market. 95% of digital copiers, multifunctional machines, and print copy machines with a copying speed of 20-35 pages per minute come with built-in hard drives or electronic disks (capacity 40G-1T). A very small number of large digital printers also have built-in hard drives, and 99% of printers, scanners, and fax machines basically use RAM caching to automatically clear data when turned off or powered off. Research has shown that digital copiers are most commonly equipped with built-in hard drives. The biggest risk of leakage comes from digital copiers.

According to market research statistics, the main brands of office equipment are as follows: Canon, Fuji Xerox, Sharp, Ricoh, Toshiba, and Konica Minolta are the main players in the field of digital copiers; The printer industry is dominated by HP, Epson, Canon, Samsung, etc., the scanner industry is dominated by Canon, HP, Epson, Ziguang, and Fangzheng, and the fax machine industry is dominated by Panasonic, Canon, Ricoh, Sharp, and Brothers.
