1. When using the instrument, please follow this manual for wiring and operation.
2. The grounding terminal or grounding terminal in the power cord should be reliably grounded nearby. After connecting the test line, turn it on. During the testing process, do not remove the test line to avoid accidents. After completing a test, lock the data, then disconnect the test power, and view or print the locked data or move the removed test line.
3. Before starting the test, please input the correct and reasonable sample parameters. The internal calculation and processing of the instrument depend on the input sample parameters.
4. The selection of test menu items should be consistent with the actual test items and wiring.
5. Connect the current circuit with thick wires and the voltage circuit with thin wires. In the wiring diagram, "IA, IB, IC" are current input terminals, and "Ia, Ib, Ic" are current output terminals.
6. The short circuit on the low-voltage side should be thick enough to withstand the rated current on the low-voltage side, and the connection should be reliable to ensure that the contact resistance can be ignored.
7. When applying pressure during the experiment, pay attention to monitoring the current not exceeding the rated current of the instrument to avoid damaging it. It can be measured by PT, CT and setting the PT, CT ratio. Please do not work under voltage or current input overload conditions.
8. Pay attention to the position of the transformer tap changer during testing, as the measurement results may vary at different positions. If impedance voltage is to be measured, the transformer must be at the rated tap position.
Due to the influence of residual magnetism in transformers on the results, it is recommended to discard the first measurement result and conduct multiple measurements until the data is reliable.
10. For safety reasons, data should be stored after a test is completed, then the three-phase test power should be disconnected, and the locked data should be checked again or the various data should be carefully examined from the memory.
11. The memory can store up to 200 measurement results. If it exceeds 200 times, the oldest record will be overwritten. Please note to copy or export to a USB drive for backup in a timely manner.
12. If the instrument malfunctions, please contact our company in a timely manner and do not start or disassemble it by yourself.
