Features:

1. The entire process of opening the furnace door, driving the trolley out to the edge of the pool, tilting the trolley, and pouring all the workpieces into the quenching pool takes about 1 minute. The workpiece enters the quenching medium quickly, improving the quality of the heat treatment process;

2. The heating temperature of the electric furnace adopts PID zero crossing trigger thyristor and high-precision intelligent meter temperature control, with high temperature control accuracy and temperature difference fluctuation of about ± 1 ℃. Use a circular chart automatic recorder to record temperature and over temperature alarms, with dual control to ensure that the workpiece does not overheat during heating; The temperature is set according to the process itself;

3. The tilting of the trolley adopts an electric hydraulic device, and the trolley tilts smoothly without shaking, with a tilt angle greater than 35 ℃;

4. The tilting of the trolley, the entry and exit of the trolley, and the lifting of the furnace door are all electrically controlled and equipped with interlocking protection devices to prevent malfunctions and accidents caused by misoperation;
