The fully automatic multi tube ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization system is controlled by a fully automatic PLC, with a production capacity of 2-30 tons/hour to choose from. The equipment is divided into four self-control units: pre sterilization self-control unit, normal production unit, water circulation self-control unit, and CIP cleaning self-control unit. In response to the requirements of low acidity product filling process, high-precision products, temperature difference control of water, the system is equipped with a closed superheated water pre sterilization system, which is efficient and reliable in sterilization.
