At present, the existing tunnel type dryers are generally manually built with an air duct in the middle and tunnels on both sides. The furnace flue gas passes through the thicker flue gas duct, and the fan blows the flue gas to exchange the hot air. The furnace body is directly connected to the ground. However, the disadvantages of this type of dryer are: temperature loss, large coal consumption, low thermal efficiency, and the hot air exchanged returns from the air duct to the tunnels on both sides. The hot air is uneven in the tunnels, resulting in uneven drying of the materials. After drying, the materials need to be sorted and dried again, resulting in high drying costs. Coal stoves cannot be smoke-free, causing environmental pollution.
The tunnel style fruit and vegetable dryer adopts a tube type three pass smokeless hot air stove. The hot air is directly blown into the materials inside the tunnel by a high-temperature and high humidity axial flow fan. The materials are placed on the tray of each layer of the material truck. The materials enter the tunnel from the end of the tunnel and are discharged from the side of the tunnel near the hot air stove. A truck of dry materials is discharged, and another truck of wet materials is discharged from the other end, achieving intermittent drying in a cycle.
