It can be connected to display meters, PLCs, and various DCS systems through 4-20mA, providing real-time liquid level data for industrial automation operation. High quality power components are selected from the power supply section of the instrument circuit, and imported high stability and reliability components are chosen to replace similar imported instruments from abroad; The sound wave intelligent technology software can perform intelligent echo analysis without any debugging or other special steps. Installation method:

In open environments, bracket installation is generally used, and the instrument is fixed with its own screw ring. Or directly open a circular hole with a diameter of 60mm at the installation position on the top of the tank or lid, place the instrument in it, and then tighten the screw ring from bottom to top. Installation must ensure that the probe surface of the instrument is level with the measured liquid level. As shown in the figure on the right, the probe of the instrument reflects back to the probe after hitting the liquid level. After the probe receives it, the time from sending to receiving the wave is calculated to obtain the measurement distance H. The current liquid level L is obtained by subtracting the measurement distance H from the instrument installation height TH. The instrument range refers to the distance that the instrument can measure, and the installation height TH should be less than the range. The blind zone of the instrument refers to the area where the instrument cannot measure near the probe. The distance between the highest liquid level and the probe should be greater than the blind zone. For example, if the blind zone is 0.5m, the distance between the highest liquid level and the probe must be greater than 0.5m. For example, if the range is 6 meters and the blind zone is 0.45 meters, the actual measured highest liquid level is 0-5.55 meters. The wave emitted by the probe is a diffusion process, that is, there is a directional angle. Attention should be paid during installation, otherwise it may hit the protrusions on the pool wall or the edge of the channel.
