1、 Overview:

The liquid turbine flowmeter is composed of a turbine flow sensor and a display head. It is manufactured by our factory using * technology and is one of the ideal flowmeters for liquid flow measurement. It has the characteristics of simple structure, high precision, and easy installation, maintenance, and use. Widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, water supply, papermaking, environmental protection, food and other fields, it is suitable for measuring liquids in closed pipelines that do not corrode stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 2Cr13, corundum Al2O3, hard alloys, and have no impurities such as fibers and particles. If used in conjunction with display instruments with special functions, it can be used for automatic quantitative control, over limit alarm, and other purposes.

2、 Characteristics:

1. The pressure loss is small, and the impeller has anti-corrosion function.
2. Has high resistance to electromagnetic interference and vibration, reliable performance, and long working life.
3. Adopting advanced ultra-low power single-chip microcomputer technology, the whole machine has strong functions, low power consumption, and excellent performance. Intelligent flow display with non-linear accuracy compensation function. The accuracy of the correction formula is better than 0.02%.
4. The instrument coefficient can be set online through buttons and displayed on an LCD screen, which is intuitive, clear, and highly reliable.
5. The intelligent turbine flowmeter adopts EEPROM for power down protection of accumulated flow and instrument coefficient. The protection period is greater than 10 years.

High precision, generally up to ± 1% R, ± 0.5% R, and high-precision models up to ± 0.2% R;

·Good repeatability, short-term repeatability can reach 0.05%~0.2%, precisely due to its good repeatability, such as regular calibration or online calibration can be obtained

The accuracy of * is the preferred flowmeter in trade settlement;

·Output pulse frequency signal, suitable for total measurement and computer connection, no zero drift, strong anti-interference ability;

·Can obtain high frequency signals (3-4kHz) with strong signal resolution;

4. Accuracy: ± 0.2%, ± 0.5%, ± 1%;

5. Detector signal transmission line system: three wire voltage pulse (three core shielded cable);

6. Power supply: Voltage: 12V ± 0.144V, Current: ≤ 10mA;

7. Output voltage amplitude: High level ≥ 8V, low level ≤ 0.8V;

8. Transmission distance: The distance from the sensor to the display instrument can reach 500 meters;

9. On site display power supply: 3V (powered by lithium battery, can be used continuously for 3 years);

10. Display mode: On site LCD displays 6-digit instantaneous flow and 8-bit cumulative flow;

11. On site display with signal output power supply: 24V; 4-20mA two-wire current output, remote transmission distance of 1000 meters.

Instructions:

Sensors with diameters ranging from DN4 to DN40 are threaded connections, equipped with front and rear straight pipe sections and filters, with a maximum pressure of 6.3 Mpa.

Sensors with diameters ranging from DN50 to DN200 are flange connected, with a maximum pressure of 2.5Mpa.

DN15~DN40 pipe diameter can be equipped with front and rear straight pipe sections or flexible joints, and the materials are divided into carbon steel and stainless steel.

If flange connection is required for DN15~DN40 pipe diameter, please specify when ordering.

★ Instructions for ordering high-voltage types and special requirements

Installation requirements for liquid turbine flowmeter:

1. The instrument installation adopts flange connection, threaded connection and clamping type;

2. During installation, the direction of liquid flow should be consistent with the arrow direction indicated on the sensor housing, and the upstream straight pipe section should be ≥ 20dn, and the downstream straight pipe section should be ≥ 5dn (dn is the inner diameter of the pipeline).

3. Sensors should be kept away from external magnetic fields. If unavoidable, necessary measures should be taken;

4. In order to avoid affecting the normal transportation of liquids during maintenance, bypass pipelines should be installed outside the straight pipe sections at both ends of the sensor (as shown in Figure 4);

5. When installing sensors outdoors, please ensure that the amplifier plug is waterproofed;

6. The wiring of sensors and display instruments should be selected according to the power supply of the amplifier. Please refer to the relevant "User Manual" for details.
