UB glass plate level gauge is a high-temperature and high-pressure resistant instrument developed on the basis of glass tube level gauge. Due to its simple structure and long history of production and use, it has now been standardized in production specifications. There are mainly two types of glass level gauges: transparent glass level gauges and reflective glass level gauges. According to the actual color classification, they can be divided into two-color glass level gauges and monochrome glass level gauges. In addition, high-quality mica sheets can be used for high-temperature or corrosive media to prevent the medium from corroding the glass plate, ensuring the observation effect and the service life of the liquid level gauge. According to the different pressure and temperature resistance, it can be divided into medium and low pressure glass plate level gauges, high temperature and high pressure glass plate level gauges, and frost proof glass plate level gauges. Depending on the working conditions, it can be equipped with a heat tracing device or designed as a blind spot free type according to customer needs. If customers need to directly read the liquid level height, the scale scale scale can also be added.
Measurement principle:The glass plate level gauge can directly indicate the liquid level of the solution in sealed pressure vessels and open vessels. The glass plate level gauge consists of components such as the main body, cover, upper and lower cock valves, glass, connecting flange, fastening thread, sealing gasket, safety steel ball, etc. It works in the same way as a glass tube level gauge, consisting of a connecting flange (or thread) connected to the container to form a connector. The height of the liquid inside the container can be directly observed through the glass plate. Safety steel balls are installed inside the upper and lower cork valves. When the glass plate is accidentally damaged, the safety steel balls will automatically close the liquid channel under the pressure of the liquid in the container, preventing the liquid from flowing out. The heat tracing type is equipped with heating or cooling devices, which can use steam for heating and circulating water for cooling, thus regulating the flow performance of the medium. There is an upper vent plug installed on the upper end of the liquid level gauge, which can be used for venting and exhaust. The lower end is designed with a drain valve, which can be used for sampling, draining, and cleaning.

1. Self closing design (standard):
In order to improve the safety performance of the glass level gauge, this product adopts a special structural design in the design of the glass level gauge cock (valve). After years of optimization design and nearly a thousand after-sales tracking investigations of glass level gauges, it has demonstrated a very safe protective effect. Safety devices are installed in the upper and lower cock valves of the level gauge. When the glass is accidentally damaged, the safety device can automatically close the liquid flow channel under the pressure inside the container to prevent the medium from continuing to flow out.
2. Heat tracing device (optional):
We can customize heat tracing or cooling devices according to customer measurement requirements. The connection port forms are diverse and can be customized according to the customer's on-site interface form or size, without the need for customers to change the interface form or size. When heating, steam or hot water can be used to prevent the medium from freezing or crystallizing due to low temperature. During cooling: When the temperature of the measuring medium is too high and gasification is likely to occur, cold water can be introduced for cooling to slow down the gasification of the medium and make the liquid level display more accurate and stable.
3. Red green dual color display (optional):
This product's glass level gauge uses high-quality high-pressure glass, which has the characteristics of uniform thickness, high transparency, clear indication, corrosion resistance, high temperature and high pressure resistance. According to the customer's on-site usage requirements, special processes and materials can be used, utilizing optical principles to achieve dual color liquid level display, making the liquid level display clearer and more intuitive.
4. Display scale ruler (optional):
This product can add a scale to the display body of the glass level gauge according to customer needs, so that the glass level gauge can directly read the height of the liquid level scale like a magnetic flap level gauge, greatly simplifying and facilitating the liquid level measurement process.
5. No blind spot optimization design (optional):
This product has been optimized to meet the customer's requirement for blind spot free measurement. The traditional basic glass plate level gauge has been designed to achieve blind spot free measurement by moving the connecting pipe upward.
