The UDZ-4 magnetic flap level gauge is a new type of instrument that uses the flipping of dual color magnetic plates driven by magnetic steel inside the float to indicate the liquid level. The magnetic float inside the main body moves up and down with the rise and fall of the liquid level, while driving the dual color magnetic flip inside the indicator outside the main body. When there is a liquid level, it turns red, and when there is no liquid level, it turns black. The boundary between the red and black color bands represents the liquid level height. There is a prominent scale on the left side of the indicator to make the liquid level indication clearer. The material of this level gauge is 304 lined with PTFE material, which can resist corrosion and is suitable for use in corrosive liquid stainless steel lined with PTFE anti-corrosion magnetic flap level gauges. The stainless steel body lined with polypropylene (PP) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) technology has high structural strength and corrosion resistance, and can be applied to acidic liquids such as hydrochloric acid, alkaline liquids, and organic solvents. But it is not suitable for measuring concentrated nitric acid, chlorine containing solvents, aromatic agents, aliphatic and other medium liquids. There are two types of side mounted anti-corrosion magnetic flap level gauges with stainless steel main body lined with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and stainless steel lined with polypropylene (PP), which are suitable for measuring corrosive media.
The side mounted lined magnetic flap level gauge (PTFE) is suitable for measuring liquid levels in corrosive media and high operating temperatures. It adopts advanced stainless steel lined PTFE stretching and flanging technology, with reliable structure and long service life. It is the best choice for measuring the liquid level of highly corrosive media such as hydrofluoric acid. The side mounted lined magnetic flap level gauge (PP) is suitable for measuring inorganic corrosive liquids such as hydrochloric acid and dilute sulfuric acid. Due to the use of imported high-strength materials that can be close to metals, especially the unique insulation properties of PPR, this product is suitable for outdoor water tank level measurement and will not freeze inside in winter But it is not as good in temperature and pressure resistance as PTFE lining, and this product has a higher cost-effectiveness when the temperature and pressure are lower. Users can use remote transmitters according to engineering needs, which can achieve local digital display and output standard remote transmission electrical signals of 4-20mA to meet the needs of recording instruments or industrial process control. It can also be used in conjunction with magnetic control switches or proximity switches to monitor liquid level alarms or control inlet and outlet equipment.

Features:

Installation and Maintenance
1. The installation of the liquid level gauge must be vertical to ensure that the float component can move freely up and down inside the main pipe.
2. Magnetic conductors are not allowed to approach the main body of the liquid level gauge, otherwise it will directly affect the correct operation of the liquid level gauge.
3. After the installation of the liquid level gauge is completed, it needs to be calibrated with magnetic steel to guide the flip column once, so that the display below the zero position is red and the display above the zero position is black.
4. When the liquid level gauge is put into operation, the valve of the lower drainage pipe should be opened first to allow the liquid medium to smoothly enter the main pipe, avoiding the liquid medium from rapidly rising with the floating ball component, which may cause failure and disorderly flipping of the column. If this phenomenon occurs, it can be recalibrated with magnetic steel after the liquid level stabilizes.
