UPVC Direct

UPVC is an amorphous thermoplastic resin made by polymerizing vinyl chloride monomer with certain additives (such as stabilizers, lubricants, fillers, etc.). In addition to using additives, blending modification with other resins was also adopted to make it have significant practical value. These resins include CPVC, PE, ABS, EVA, MBS, etc. The melt viscosity of UPVC is high, and its flowability is poor. Even if the injection pressure and melt temperature are increased, the change in flowability is not significant. In addition, the molding temperature of resin is very close to its thermal decomposition temperature, and the temperature range for molding is very narrow, making it a difficult material to mold.
