UPVC double flange

Flange installation method:
1. The end edge of PVC pipe is 30-45. Corner cutting outer corners. For sizes below 110mm (4 "), a coarse grit knife can be used for filing. For sizes above 140mm (5"), a spray gun can be used to heat the area locally until it softens, then a small knife can be used to cut the outer corners, and finally a file can be used for trimming.
2. After wiping the outer wall of the PVC pipe end insertion part and the inner wall of the flange joint socket, apply hard adhesive and forcefully insert them. For specifications above 140mm (5 "), use a wooden mallet to insert them to enhance the sealing effect.
3. Wipe the spilled adhesive clean with a rag.
4. After the flange joint is combined with the PVC pipe, the flange part is aligned with the screw hole of the valve flange, and a sealing ring is placed in the middle, which is connected with a screw washer. The locking of screws should be done diagonally to achieve a uniform and tight fit.
5. To ensure the connection strength between the flange and the pipe, the flange must be pre bonded with the PVC pipe when used; At least 24 hours in summer and 48 hours in winter before connecting with other accessories.
