1Equipment usage:

This experimental equipment simulates the damage caused by solar ultraviolet light, and conducts weather resistance testing on the tested material by exposing it to controlled high temperature light. It uses ultraviolet lamps to simulate the radiation effect of sunlight, and simulates dew and rain through condensation and water spraying. In just a few days or weeks, the ultraviolet irradiation equipment can withstand the damage that takes months or even years to occur outdoors, including fading, color changes, loss of luster, powdering, cracking, wrinkling, foaming, brittleness, strength reduction, oxidation, etc. Its test results can be used to select new materials, improve existing materials, or evaluate changes in material formulations.

L can conduct irradiation/condensation/water spray tests separately, or program any combination of irradiation/condensation/water spray tests.

Adopting Taiwan's industrial grade 7-inch true color touch screen control system, it has good stability, monitoring, operability, and maintainability.

Provide lifespan reference for imported ultraviolet lamps with expensive materials (lamps are consumables with a lifespan of about 1600 hours), making it convenient for users to confirm the replacement time of lamps and saving usage costs.

Adopting automated water supply and drainage design, coupled with high cost high-power water pumps, to ensure the flow rate and uniformity of water spray.
