The ultra clean filling process needs to meet three conditions:

1. The filled material should meet the shelf life safety requirements;

2. The contact surface between packaging materials and materials is sterilized;

3. The environment in the filling and sealing areas is sterilized and maintained in a clean environment.

The ultra clean filling equipment adopts the ultra clean filling process, and the sterilization efficiency of the contact surface between packaging materials is SE ≥ 3. The filling and sealing areas should meet the N6 level cleanroom requirements specified in GB 50073-2013 "Code for Design of Cleanrooms".
