The vibration measured by this sensor is the absolute vibration relative to free space. Its output voltage signal is proportional to the amplitude of the vibration.

This type of sensor is directly installed on the outside of the machine, making it extremely convenient to use and maintain.

One Basic Principles

JY261Low frequency vibration sensors belong to inertial sensors. It utilizes the principle of magneto electric induction to convert vibration signals into electrical signals. It is mainly composed of magnetic circuit system, inertial mass, spring damping and other parts. A magnet is rigidly fixed in the sensor housing, and the inertial mass (coil component) is suspended on the housing by a spring element. When working, the sensor is installed on the machine. When the machine vibrates, the coil and magnet move relative to each other within the working frequency range of the sensor, cutting the magnetic field lines and generating induced voltage in the coil. The voltage signal is proportional to the vibration velocity value of the measured object, and the displacement signal can be obtained by integrating and amplifying the signal.

The overall design of the sensor ensures that it has the following usage characteristics:

1.Sensors have a very low frequency of use and can be applied to low-speed rotating machines.

2.Compared to other types of vibration sensors, low-frequency vibration sensors have lower output impedance and better signal-to-noise ratio. It can work in conjunction with a general AC voltmeter or oscilloscope. There are no special requirements for output plugs and transmission cables, making them easy to use.

3.The active components with friction have been removed from the sensor design, resulting in a relatively long service life.

4.The sensor has a certain resistance to lateral vibration (not greater than)10g).

three.Precautions for use

2 When installing sensors, it is important to pay attention to both horizontal and vertical sensors and avoid mixing them.

3 When checking the wiring is correct, turn on the power again.

4 During transportation and installation of sensors, unnecessary vibrations and impacts should be avoided as much as possible, especially lateral vibrations and impacts.
