Unconstrained compensator

Constrained corrugated compensator is used for axial compensation of pipelines, with a large compensation amount, strong self guiding ability, and super strong bending resistance, which can simplify the design of pipeline guide brackets and enable arbitrary spacing installation of guide brackets.
Characteristics of Ripple Compensator
1. The unconstrained corrugated compensator is identical to a conventional axial compensator in determining the spacing between fixed supports and calculating the thrust of fixed supports. In order to ensure the stability and reliability of the project, unconstrained compensators not only require installation close to fixed supports, but also require three guide supports to be installed within the spacing between each fixed support.
2. Unconstrained compensators can be applied to overhead and trench laying of pipelines, as well as direct buried laying with compensation. In this case, inspection wells or darkrooms should be installed at the location of unconstrained compensators.
3.
