1. Bed frame
Made by advanced resin sand casting and box structure design, the material is tough after aging treatment to eliminate internal stress. Combined with box structure design and high rigidity body structure, the machining center has sufficient rigidity and strength, demonstrating the characteristics of cutting resistance and high precision of the whole machine.
2. Transmission shaft
The X/Y/Z axis adopts a linear track sliding rail design. The column, saddle, head, and base are made of advanced resin sand casting and box structure design and manufacturing. The configuration of ribs is strengthened through computer analysis to improve rigidity and stability.
3. Screw rod
The three-axis adopts high-precision double nut preloaded precision ball screws, combined with locking and pulling design of the support seats at both ends, which can eliminate transmission backlash and pre compensate for errors caused by temperature rise, ensuring positioning accuracy.
4. Spindle motor
By using a high-speed motor, the machining center has excellent performance in high-speed, low-speed, light and heavy cutting (with a power of 7.5/11 KW).
5. Spindle head
Adopting a high-precision and high rigidity spindle head, it can withstand heavy cutting and long-term heavy cutting of radial and axial loads, and can maintain high precision in machining over time.
6. Knife magazine (optional)
Adopting a conical/disc-shaped tool magazine, it provides fast, smooth, and reliable tool exchange actions, controlled by PLC software for fast and rapid tool exchange actions, reducing non cutting time.
7. Electrical box
The electrical box is equipped with a heat exchanger to ensure system stability, and the external wiring part has protective coils that can withstand heat and oil and water.
8. Lubrication system
Adopting an automatic depressurization lubrication system for centralized oil supply, and an advanced depressurization intermittent oil supply system, timely and appropriate oil supply is provided to each lubrication point in a timed, quantitative, constant pressure, and individual manner, ensuring that each lubrication position receives lubricating oil at the right time and ensuring worry free operation of the machining center for a long time.
9. Fully dense sheet metal
