The housing of VA500 thermal mass flowmeter adopts IP67 protection level, which is corrosion-resistant and can measure dirty gases with high impurity content. It has passed explosion-proof certification and can measure explosive gases. Basically, any mixed gas can be measured. In modern factories, instruments need to provide communication interfaces for the factory automation system. The VA500 thermal mass flowmeter not only supports traditional 4-20mA output and pulse output, but also supports various fieldbus interfaces. The instrument is designed modularly, so it is also very easy to use other field buses, and the VA500 can also support Bluetooth communication.
VA 500 flow and consumption meter
VA 500 is a new preferred plug in flow meter for measuring compressed air and industrial gas flow in 1/2 "to 12" pipelines. Flow sensors are based on the principle of calorimetric measurement and do not require additional pressure and temperature measurements. The newly developed evaluation electronic device records all measurement values digitally. In the case of a large measurement range of 1:1000, this also leads to better accuracy.
The flow sensor has three measurement ranges - standard (92.7 m/s), * large. (185 meters/second) and high-speed (224 meters/second) versions. You can order devices with or without integrated displays. The version with a display screen shows real-time volumetric flow rate, speed, temperature, and total consumption. The diameter and consumption counter can be reset through the keyboard.
