The VMC650m high-speed five axis machining center is a new product independently developed by our company, mainly aimed at the mold industry, used for processing various molds such as cavity molds, die-casting molds, molds, deep drawing molds, and stamping molds. It is also suitable for flexible and efficient processing of valve bodies, thin-walled parts, shell parts, and frame parts. The standard configuration of this machine is three-axis, and it can also be equipped with a two axis worktable to achieve five axis machining. The workpiece can automatically complete multiple high-speed milling, boring, drilling, reaming, tapping and other machining processes on multiple planes after one clamping. It can process complex curved parts such as impellers and blades. The whole machine adopts a gantry dynamic crossbeam structure, and the linear axis adopts screw motor direct connection technology, which has the characteristics of high speed, high acceleration, and high rigidity. It not only has the performance of achieving high-speed cutting per unit time, but also enables the machined parts to achieve high precision and surface roughness, and in some processes, milling can be used instead of grinding.
Portal frame structure, the whole machine has good dynamic and static stiffness;
The main components of the machine tool have been analyzed by finite element method, and the structure is reasonable with good dynamic performance;
The whole machine is fully sealed and protected, and the cutting adopts micro lubrication technology (MQL), equipped with oil mist absorption device, which is safe and environmentally friendly;
The fast moving speed of the linear axis can reach 40m/min, and the acceleration can reach 1g, enabling high-speed and high-precision machining of complex curved surfaces;
Equipped with a tool detection device, it can detect tool wear, breakage and other faults online, improve machining accuracy, and avoid greater losses;
The whole machine has a compact structure and occupies a small area;
The Heidenhain iTNC530 CNC system is adopted, which has functions such as program pre reading and feedforward control, and can quickly and efficiently process tool paths.
