The traditional vacuum oven has oxygen free content monitoring function, and the vacuum degree generally requires several hundred Pa to several thousand Pa, which is generally low and the anti oxidation effect is not ideal. Our company's developed vacuum oxygen free oven is equipped with a reliable vacuum system and nitrogen replacement system, and its vacuum degree can be increased by 1 to 2 orders of magnitude, reaching below 100Pa. It is also equipped with an oxygen content analyzer, and the oxygen content index in the working chamber ensures that it reaches below 100ppm, making it close to an anaerobic state. Its anti oxidation performance is much higher than other similar products, and its vacuum sealing performance ensures that the nitrogen consumption is far lower than that of anaerobic oven equipment.
Nitrogen replacement system:
Just press a button to start the air replacement process, and you can set the replacement process. For example, set the vacuum for 3 minutes, maintain pressure for 30 seconds, fill nitrogen for 1 minute, and cycle 3 times. As each cycle progresses, the oxygen content inside the box continuously decreases, and the number of large cycles can reach 99. After the nitrogen reaches a slightly positive pressure, open the oxygen content analyzer for detection. The baking program can only be run when the oxygen content reaches below 100ppm.
Cooling system:
There is a cooling chamber designed between the inner box and the outer shell of the equipment, which can quickly cool the temperature of the inner box to below 200 degrees through air cooling. After the temperature drops below 200 degrees, the equipment automatically starts the water cooling system to cool the temperature of the inner box to room temperature. The cooling operation does not affect the atmosphere inside the working chamber..
