Scope of application:
Vacuum drying oven is widely used in research and application fields such as biochemistry, chemical pharmaceuticals, medical and health care, agricultural research, environmental protection, etc. It is used for powder drying, baking, and disinfection and sterilization of various glass containers. Specially suitable for fast and efficient drying of heat sensitive, easily decomposable, easily oxidizable substances and complex components.
Product features:
The vacuum environment greatly reduces the boiling point of the required liquid, so vacuum drying can be easily applied to thermosensitive substances.
Powder or other granular samples can be effectively dried using vacuum drying to shorten the drying time.
Complex mechanical components or porous samples are cleaned and dried using vacuum drying, leaving no impurities after complete drying.
Eliminate the possibility of oxide explosion when exposed to heat under vacuum or inert conditions.
Compared with ordinary drying using air circulation, powdered samples will not be blown by flowing air.
Structural features:
Adopting streamlined arc design, the shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate, and the surface is electrostatically sprayed.
The inner liner is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, and the rounded four corner design is conducive to cleaning.
The heating system is located on the internal partition of the box, which reduces the heating time by 50% compared to traditional vacuum drying boxes (except for 6050).
The control system adopts a microcomputer intelligent temperature control system, which has temperature control, timing, and alarm functions.
LCD display, key settings to adjust various parameters.
The tightness of the box door can be adjusted freely, and the sealing ring is an integral silicone rubber seal that ensures high vacuum inside the box without air leakage.
The box door adopts double-layer tempered glass doors, making it easy to observe the items inside the studio at a glance.
