1、 Overview
The ventilated aging test box is the latest air thermal aging test box series product developed by our factory (hereinafter referred to as the aging box). Its performance indicators comply with the JB/T7444-94<Air Thermal Aging Test>standard and the GB/T7141-92 Plastic Hot Air Exposure Test Method.
A. Adopting an intelligent temperature regulator with a four digit display, it displays the set and measured values respectively, ensuring excellent temperature control quality;
B. High temperature control accuracy and good temperature uniformity;
C. Equipped with upper limit over temperature alarm and over temperature protection function;
D. Large and adjustable ventilation volume;
E. The sample shelf is a turntable, so the temperature uniformity of the sample is good.
The aging chamber is used for heat resistance testing of polymer materials (rubber, plastic, etc.) and electrical insulation materials, as well as insulation components. It can also be used as a high-precision constant temperature drying chamber for drying, baking, heat treatment, etc., but it is not suitable for drying and testing of flammable, explosive, and volatile materials. It is a commonly used testing equipment in industrial sulfur enterprises, research institutions, colleges, laboratories, and other departments.

The outer box of the test chamber is made of cold-rolled steel plate, with powder coating on the surface and high color fastness. The working chamber is made of stainless steel plate, and there is an insulation layer between the external device and the working chamber. There is also an air duct below, which is equipped with exhaust holes, air supply holes, blower impellers, temperature sensors, etc. The hot air, driven by the impeller of the blower, causes forced convection of the working chamber air, gradually raising the temperature to the set temperature value and reaching temperature stability.
