1、 Application scope:

The vertical furnace for fire resistance testing of building components is suitable for fire resistance testing of fire doors, fire-resistant glass, fire-resistant partition walls, fire-resistant roller shutter assemblies, fire-resistant bricks, and fire-resistant windows installed at the openings of vertical partition components.

2、 Meet the standards:

Meet GB/T7633-2008 "Fire resistance test methods for doors and rolling shutters", ISO3008-2007 "Fire resistance test for door and rolling shutter assemblies", and GB/T9978.1-2008 "Fire resistance test methods for building components - Part 1: General test requirements".

3、 Engineering design and overall planning:

1. Gas control section:

1.1 Fire resistance test of building components: The vertical furnace is filled with liquefied petroleum gas as fuel and installed using multiple bottles of pipelines. That is to say, four bottles are connected in series to form one group, with a total of eight bottles in two groups. The automation control circuit is used. During the test, when the pressure is lower than the set value, the liquid phase switching valve will automatically switch to another group, which can prevent the sudden depletion of gas during the test and interrupt the test.

1.2 In order to extend the service life of filling liquefied petroleum gas, a gasifier is used to convert the liquid phase of liquefied petroleum gas into a gas phase, so that the liquefied petroleum gas in the filling can be fully burned.

1.3 In order to ensure full combustion of the gas after gasification, an air-fuel ratio valve is added to automatically adjust the ratio of air and gas, which can achieve better combustion heat value.

1.4 Fuel consumption: 100KG/h.

2. Pressure relief system:

There is an exhaust hole installed on the rear side of the furnace wall, connected to the flue at the back, to discharge the flue gas inside the furnace and control the pressure inside the furnace.

The air supply and exhaust inside the furnace are controlled by a 15kw strong fan and a frequency converter, and the air volume is automatically controlled by the program to meet the requirements of combustion, pressure, and smoke exhaust.

The indoor part of the flue adopts USU310S high-temperature resistant stainless steel pipes, and the external flue gas cooling adopts steam cooling.

3. Area occupied:

3.1 Requirements for Environment: Good ventilation and easy operation. There are no flammable or explosive materials around.

3.2 The required floor height is 7.5 meters or more, and the total usable area of the testing furnace, control room, gas room, and sample preparation section is 275 square meters or more.
