Vibrating electromagnet

When the electromagnetic coil of the vibrating electromagnetic disk is in operation, the inclined surface will experience small up and down amplitudes due to electromagnetic suction. Adjusting the operating frequency of the vibrating electromagnetic coil and the gap between the upper and lower yokes can ensure smooth operation.

By utilizing an electromagnet to generate an alternating magnetic field, electrical silicon steel with good magnetic conductivity is stamped into E-type and I-type sheets, and then the fixed iron plate and E-type sheet are pressed and fastened with a press according to customer requirements. The coil part is fixed on the E-type plate with non-magnetic material after being wrapped around the wire by a high-temperature resistant skeleton. Vacuum pressure coating and high-temperature drying to prevent coil loosening caused by vibration during work. The vibration part is a set of I-shaped iron plates fixed with aluminum plates around them, suspended in front of the electromagnet. When the signal passes through the electromagnet, it will cause the magnetic field of the electromagnet to change, thereby making the iron plates vibrate and produce sound. The vibrating disc is an automatic directional sorting feeding device.
