1、 Product Overview

Vibration, temperature, and oil level transmitters are highly integrated industrial monitoring devices that can simultaneously collect three key parameters of mechanical equipment: vibration speed (or displacement), bearing temperature, and lubricating oil level, and output them through standard current signals. This product is specifically designed for safety monitoring of rotating machinery such as fans, water pumps, gearboxes, compressors, etc. Through multi parameter fusion measurement, it significantly simplifies the on-site installation process and improves the efficiency and reliability of equipment status monitoring.

Core functional features

1. Multi parameter integrated measurement

·Vibration monitoring: using magneto electric or capacitive sensors to measure the true effective value (RMS) of vibration velocity, with a frequency response range covering 3Hz-2kHz and a range of 0-20mm/s or 0-100mm/s, accurately reflecting the mechanical vibration status of the equipment.

·Temperature monitoring: Monitor the temperature of bearings or lubricating oil through platinum resistors (Pt100) or semiconductor integrated sensors, with a range typically ranging from -50 ℃ to 500 ℃ (default 0-150 ℃) and an accuracy of ± 0.5% F.S.

·Oil level monitoring: Based on pressure sensing or thermal conductivity principles, it detects the height of lubricating oil level, with a range generally from -10mm to+40mm (0mm corresponds to the lower limit of normal oil level), and an error of ≤± 1mm.

2. Signal processing and output

·Three parameter independent transmission, both outputting two-wire 4-20mA standard current signals, can be directly connected to PLC, DCS or secondary instruments, with strong anti-interference ability, supporting long-distance transmission (load resistance ≤ 750 Ω).

·The vibration signal undergoes bandpass filtering, true RMS conversion, and V/I conversion, while the temperature and oil level signals are processed by high-precision amplifiers to ensure linear and reliable data.

3. Structural design and environmental adaptability

·All stainless steel sealed shell, high protection level, with anti-corrosion, seismic, and explosion-proof characteristics, suitable for harsh industrial environments ranging from -30 ℃ to 100 ℃.

·Compact design (typical size of φ 45 × 80mm or customized), easy to install, only requires one threaded hole (common specifications M12 × 1.5 or M27 × 2), reducing the number of on-site openings.
