In response to the severe environmental air pollution in China and the urgent need to monitor volatile organic gas emissions from fixed pollution sources in key polluting industries such as petrochemicals, electronics, and industrial coatings, our company has launched the independently developed HV-3060 volatile organic gas online continuous monitoring system. The volatile gas online continuous monitoring system is an online monitoring system based on gas chromatography technology, which can monitor volatile organic compounds (including methane, non methane total hydrocarbons, and benzene derivatives) in flue gas online, and can also expand other components (such as ketones, lipids, and other organic compounds) according to user needs. It has high measurement accuracy and a wide dynamic range. The continuous online monitoring system for volatile organic gases adopts intelligent high-performance gas sensors, which have the characteristics of easy installation, high measurement accuracy, good reliability, fast response speed, and strong anti-interference ability

Volatile Organic Gas Online Continuous Monitoring System/principle

The sampling system of the volatile organic gas continuous monitoring instrument extracts the measured gas from the sampling point, and after dust removal by the high-temperature sampling probe, it enters the online gas chromatograph through the high-temperature tracing pipeline. The chromatograph is equipped with a built-in heating box, which keeps all the pipelines through which the sample passes at high temperature. Then, a high-sensitivity hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) is used to detect the sample, and finally, data collection, analysis, processing, transmission, and storage are automatically completed through workstation software.
