It is mainly used for tensile, compressive, bending, and shear tests of metal materials, with simple accessories and devices added. It can also test the tensile, compressive, bending, and shear of non-metallic materials such as wood, plastic, cement, and concrete

The microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo testing machine is designed and manufactured according to the standards of GB/T3159-2008, GB/T228.1-2010, and GB/T 7314-2005. It is mainly used for tensile, compressive, bending, and shear tests of metal materials, with simple accessories and devices added. It can also test the tensile, compressive, bending, and shear of non-metallic materials such as wood, plastic, cement, and concrete. The host adopts a high stiffness four column, double screw double space, precision gap sealed oil cylinder downward type. The tension space is located above the host, and the compression and bending test space is located between the moving crossbeam and the worktable. The four pillars are plated with hard chrome and coated with plastic, with a bright and durable color that is resistant to rust and corrosion. The workbench is made of marble, with strong rigidity, good stability, high precision, and easy operation. The lifting and lowering of the mobile crossbeam adopts a motor, a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, a sprocket, and a nut screw pair transmission to achieve adjustment of the stretching space.


Adopting a load adaptive oil inlet throttling speed control system, the hydraulic oil in the oil tank is driven by a servo motor to enter the oil cylinder through a precision silent pump. The computer sends control signals to control the servo system, achieving four closed-loop controls of test force, sample deformation, piston displacement, and test process. It has high accuracy, simple operation, convenience, large data storage capacity, and can display various curves at any time.
