Product Overview:
The WB series reducer is a mechanical device that uses the principle of planetary transmission with few tooth differences and cycloidal needle teeth meshing to achieve deceleration. This machine is commonly used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, construction, chemical, textile, and light industry, with assembly methods including horizontal, vertical, dual axis, and direct connection.
Performance characteristics:
1. The WB micro cycloidal reducer adopts high-speed ratio and high-efficiency single-stage transmission, which can achieve a reduction ratio of 1:87 and an efficiency of over 90%. If multi-stage transmission is used, the reduction ratio is even larger.
2. The cycloidal reducer has a compact structure and small volume. Due to the use of planetary transmission principle, the input shaft and output shaft are on the same axis, making its model achieve the smallest possible size.
3. Smooth and low-noise operation with a large number of meshing teeth, high overlap coefficient, and mechanism of mechanical balance, which limits vibration and noise to a small extent.
4. Reliable and long-lasting due to the use of high carbon chromium steel materials for the main components, which have been quenched (HRC58-62) to obtain high strength. Additionally, some transmission contacts use rolling friction, resulting in a long and durable lifespan.
