As workers' wages continue to rise, automatic control has become a trend. At present, many enterprises use or need to improve one of the projects, which has the characteristics of easy operation and learning, directly replacing manual feeding and batching, and intuitive display of this system, combining manual control or automatic control. Specially suitable for workshop batching, water mixing, drug mixing, batching, quantitative liquid injection, and quantitative and timed control of various liquids or gases. At present, some companies that still use manual canning/feeding operations and do not want to invest too much cost to improve work efficiency suggest adopting this system.
1、 System composition
1. Flow meter: This is the foundation of control and directly affects the effectiveness of control. Therefore, the basic requirement is that the higher the measurement accuracy, the better, and it has signal output function. At the same time, there are many types of flow meters, and it is necessary to select the appropriate flow meter based on parameters and requirements such as measuring medium, pipeline diameter, flow range, explosion-proof, anti-corrosion, and protection level.

2. WDK control box: It contains a quantitative controller, internal control circuits and components, external control buttons and indicator lights, etc. The standard size of the box is 400 * 300 * 200mm, and the input power (AV220V) is uniformly supplied to the control box. Other equipment such as flow meters and solenoid valves are directly powered from the control box; And printing function can be added.

3. Flow interruption equipment: can be existing power equipment in the pipeline, such as pumps; It can also be a solenoid valve, electric valve, etc. installed later.

2、 Control process
After receiving the flow signal from the flowmeter, the quantitative controller accumulates the flow internally and sets the required quantitative control value. When the cumulative value displayed by the quantitative controller reaches the set quantitative control value, the quantitative controller outputs a switch signal. At this point, the switch signal is used to control the flow interruption equipment installed on the pipeline by connecting a relay or contactor, thereby achieving quantitative control.
3、 Product Features
1. It only requires a flow meter, control box, and cutoff equipment, with a simple structure and low cost;
2. The control circuits and components inside the control box are customized according to the flow meters and equipment required by the customer. The signal line connection is simple, and the flow meters and cutoff devices are directly powered by the internal control box. Generally, there is no need to adjust them on site;
3. The controller has a fully Chinese display, which is easy to operate and visually intuitive; The control box panel is equipped with "start", "stop", and "reset" buttons, which can also be external buttons, and has a "status indicator light" display, making the display intuitive, easy to operate, convenient, and easy to learn;
4. The quantitative control value can be changed as needed each time, simply operate it in the quantitative control instrument, or set several sets of commonly used quantities according to requirements. When feeding, simply select them without the need to set them again;
4、 Main functions
1. Equipped with large and small valve controls, respectively controlling large and small flow rates to achieve precise quantitative control;
2. When controlling both the pump and the valve simultaneously, there are functions for delaying the start of the pump and closing the valve in advance;
3. Equipped with overflow and pump holding interfaces, it provides immediate protection by shutting down the feeding process in case of overflow or pump holding;
4. In the quantitative control instrument, the total accumulation, instantaneous flow rate, time, and input signal value of the flow meter can be viewed, and there are query functions such as feeding frequency, feeding time, feeding quantity, and daily or monthly accumulation;
5. Can be equipped with a printer for real-time printing function, including the start and end time of material printing, material quantity, actual material quantity, and material name (freely set according to customer requirements); Power off and maintain the working state before feeding.
6. The controller and control box are independently developed, so if other functions are needed, we can customize them;

Standard size of control box: 200 thick * 300 wide * 400 high, wall mounted, can be customized with various sizes and materials according to requirements;

Query of material issuance records: including the number of times materials were issued, the start and end time of each issuance, and the actual quantity of each issuance;

The unit and value of material issuance can be set arbitrarily, and are fully operated and explained in Chinese;

You can set up up to 8 sets of commonly used feeding quantities (meaning frequently used feeding quantities), and once set, there is no need to set the feeding quantity during feeding. Simply press the button to select the feeding quantity;

At the same time, after inputting the density of the fluid, the feeding amount is automatically converted into volume and mass units;

Equipped with a status light indicator, "start", "stop", and "reset" buttons for operation, the display is intuitive and the operation is convenient. In the event of an emergency, material distribution can be paused or stopped at any time;

Standby display interface: displays the total cumulative amount, number of times, time, and status of the control valve for material dispensing;

Material loading display interface: real-time cumulative material loading, percentage of total material loading, advance quantity (set quantity), real-time instantaneous flow rate, status indicator light, and valve status display;

Built in password protection function can effectively prevent unauthorized settings by other personnel;

Can be paired with printer function: automatically print one or two copies (set in the table) after each feeding is completed, and can also be printed at any time;

The printing content includes: fluid name (can be set), pre issuance (set material quantity), actual issuance (actual issuance quantity), issuance time, and stop time;

5、 Ordering Notice
1. Choose the appropriate flowmeter: inform us of the name of the measuring medium, the diameter of the measuring tube, the working pressure and temperature, the flow range, or other requirements, and we will select the appropriate one for you;
2. Explain the requirements for control, such as the size of each quantitative value, the number of times to control each day, whether the value controlled each time is the same, and other requirements;
3. Choose a cut-off device: If there is already a cut-off device, please inform us of its working power supply and power, and we will customize it accordingly; If needed, we can also provide a cut-off device. We suggest choosing solenoid valves or electric valves (when delayed start or stop is required) for the cut-off equipment. Do not control the pump. At the same time, when arranging the pipeline, use the stagnant flow generated by the liquid level difference as the power source. This ensures safety and high measurement accuracy during control.
6、 Precautions for on-site pipeline installation
Note: The switch signal of the control solenoid valve can be controlled by adding a contactor to start or stop the pump.

1. Flow meter installation (see instructions for details): At least ensure that the straight pipes before and after the flow meter are 5D (D is the pipe diameter), and the longer the better. If there are pumps and regulating valves in front, try to increase the length of the straight pipes as much as possible, keep them away from them, and there should be no strong electrical, magnetic, or frequency conversion interference near the installation point. The installation point pipeline must be full pipe flow, and when the installation pipeline is vertically oriented, the fluid flow direction must be from bottom to top.
2. Electromagnetic valve: It should be installed behind the flowmeter and at a distance of at least 40D (D is the diameter of the pipeline) from the flowmeter to avoid vibration and electromagnetic field caused by the electromagnetic valve before and after operation, which may affect the measurement accuracy of the flowmeter. In addition, the installation point of the electromagnetic valve should be as close as possible to the flow outlet.
3. Control box: Non waterproof type, it is recommended to install indoors. If installed outdoors, waterproof measures should be taken.
