Usage and characteristics:
This machine is suitable for two-layer or multi-layer composite of various roll shaped materials such as plastic film, paper, aluminum foil, etc. The machine adopts Siemens PLC programmable control system from Germany and Weilun color touch screen human-machine interface from Taiwan. Using fieldbus network to achieve fully automatic control of the production process. PLC is responsible for inputting and preprocessing data such as tension and speed of the whole machine, as well as controlling and outputting the logic of the whole machine. The speed synchronization and tension configuration of the adhesive coating and composite parts are fully digital AC variable frequency control system (variable frequency motor+Japanese Yaskawa frequency converter), achieving fully automatic tension control and reaching the advanced level of similar equipment in China.

1. Adopting Siemens PLC programmable control system from Germany, the tension of the whole machine is automatically controlled by PLC.
2. Taiwan Weilun color touch screen human-machine interface, with centralized display and control of various parameters such as working status, speed, tension, etc.
3. The whole machine is designed with one click start/stop, and the fan, heating, gluing and composite pressure roller, tension switch, and main engine start/stop are all controlled through linkage, without the need to start or stop them one by one.
4. Optional two motor (dual frequency conversion) or three motor (triple frequency conversion) control systems, both using Japanese Yaskawa frequency converters.
5. The first unwinding, second unwinding, and winding shafts all use inflatable shafts.
6. Install a dual photoelectric computer correction system for the first unwinding, and install an ultrasonic correction system at the outlet of the oven.
