DIFO-WINVISION

Spray painting robot

It is a 2D system or 3D vision system used for automatic spraying of doors and windows, DIFO-WINVISION can also scan images of windows on the transmission device and transmit data directly to the robot. The system can immediately perform detailed analysis on the data and generate spray painting files using some user-defined parameters.

DIFO-3D VISON

It combines software and hardware. Combine 3D surface partitioning and analysis using a camera or laser scanner. In order to obtain an optimized spraying path, the basic data generated through software processing is used for spraying processing. Based on different workpiece spraying requirements, Dali's management parameters and spray gun setting parameters can be stored through different menus.

It is an automatic surface segmentation and analysis software package. It is specifically developed for the field of robot spraying. This is a contour surface divider. The data image represents one or more two-dimensional or three-dimensional objects, which can be split into original individual objects. The raw data can be considered as a part of the workpiece surface, corresponding to the corresponding trajectory.

It can directly partition workpieces of any shape on any flat surface and in any position.

DIFO - Imitation Weapon

Robot programming can be done by running software on a home computer. Similar to CNC machines, based on CAD and CAM software, 3D drawings of sprayed workpieces are imported to generate spray paths.
