The LWQ gas turbine flowmeter is a velocity flow meter that accurately measures gas flow. It has the advantages of simple and lightweight structure, high measurement accuracy, good repeatability, wide measurement range, and easy installation and maintenance. Widely used in the measurement of various gases such as natural gas, city gas, propane, butane, air, nitrogen and other gases in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, aviation, scientific research and industrial fields. Due to its high precision and good repeatability, it is suitable for trade measurement and industrial process testing.
When measuring gas turbine flow meters online, the density of the medium changes with temperature and pressure. To achieve accurate measurement, it is necessary to simultaneously track and detect the temperature and pressure of the medium, and convert the volume flow rate under different operating conditions into the volume flow rate under standard or agreed conditions.
Due to the integration of temperature, pressure, and flow sensors, this type of flowmeter tracks and detects the temperature and pressure of the medium online, and performs automatic compensation and compression factor correction calculations. Therefore, it has excellent low-pressure and high-pressure measurement performance, and is particularly suitable for the precise measurement of various single-phase gases, such as natural gas. According to the different requirements of users, our company provides turbine flow meters with different precision levels.
Main features:
1) High precision, good repeatability, low pressure loss, and good seismic performance;
2) Using high-quality bearings, with low friction resistance and good sealing performance, hand name;
3) Integrating microprocessors, flow sensors, high-precision temperature and pressure sensors, directly measuring the flow rate, temperature, and pressure of the measured gas, and automatically performing flow tracking compensation and compression factor correction calculations;
4) The instrument has pulse signal and analog signal output, and can directly achieve centralized data collection and real-time management of computer data through RS485 communication interface or GPRS system;
5) Low power consumption, can be powered by internal batteries or external power sources;
6) Equipped with real-time data storage function, it can prevent data loss in case of battery replacement or sudden power failure. In the event of a power outage, internal data can be permanently saved;
7) Can be used in conjunction with IC card prepaid system for easy trade settlement;
8) Explosion proof products have explosion-proof markings ExibIIBT4 and ExibIIBT6
