2、 Product Overview
The walk-in high and low temperature box is mainly used for testing products under the combination of climate, environment, temperature and humidity conditions. For detecting the improvement data of products in terms of their own adaptability and characteristics, the controller can be connected to a computer, and users can design programs on the computer to collect testing data and records. The studio size is 3000 * 2000 * 2500 (mm), with a temperature range of -40~80 (℃), temperature fluctuation ± 0.5 (℃), temperature uniformity ± 3.0 (%), and PID control. A horizontal diffusion vertical heat exchange circulation system using multi wing centrifugal air supply method is adopted to avoid any dead corners and achieve uniform indoor temperature and humidity distribution.
The material of the storage board is made of stainless steel and heat-resistant steel plate baked paint, with polyurethane foam in the middle. The structure is sturdy, resistant to high and low temperatures, waterproof, and beautiful.
The refrigeration unit adopts European and American compressors and uses environmentally friendly refrigerants. The refrigeration system adopts a binary low-temperature circuit system design and uses different compressors to work in different temperature ranges to prolong the service life of the equipment.

4、 The advantages of low-temperature cooling and heating:
Traditional equipment low-temperature control method: start stop control temperature of refrigeration compressor (temperature fluctuation is large, seriously affecting compressor life, outdated technology), constant operation of refrigeration compressor, heating PID control (causing the cooling capacity to cancel out with heating to achieve dynamic temperature balance, wasting a large amount of electrical energy), new PWM refrigeration control technology to achieve low-temperature energy-saving operation: in low-temperature working state, the heater does not participate in the work, and the refrigerant flow and direction of the refrigeration unit are controlled and adjusted through PWM technology, and the three-way flow of the refrigeration pipeline, cold bypass pipeline, and hot bypass pipeline are adjusted to achieve automatic constant working room temperature. This method can achieve a 40% reduction in energy consumption under low-temperature conditions.
