1. Power on interface
Fixed asset management: used for barcode scanning of incoming and outgoing goods;
Asset browsing: used for inventory browsing, can view the information of goods that have been inventoried;
Data query: used for asset inquiry, to view the original inventory table before inventory counting;
Data clearing: When conducting a new inventory, reset the "inventory browsing" data from the previous inventory to ensure accuracy in this inventory;
Import and export: Before inventory counting, import the original inventory table; After inventory, upload the inventory data to the computer;

2. Asset inventory
When entering and exiting the warehouse, scanning the barcode of the goods will automatically accumulate the scanning times of each barcode, which is equivalent to counting the quantity of inbound and outbound barcodes for each item. The screen display is shown in the following figure, where the book number is the original inventory quantity, the actual inventory quantity is the quantity of this inventory, and the difference is the difference between the above two data.
Simultaneously generate a inventory sheet in txt format, file name: PD.txt. The data format is (separated by keys):

Before each inventory check, it is necessary to import the initial inventory table information, file name: ZC.txt. The data format is as follows (separated by tab keys between fields):

6. Import/Export
Please select the USB transfer mode and connect the data to the computer. At this time, the barcode inventory machine is equivalent to a USB flash drive, which contains two files: PD.txt (saving the barcode and quantity of the goods in this inventory) and ZC.txt (initial inventory information). If you want to import the initial data before the inventory, you can create a new ZC. txt file to overwrite the old file. If you want to upload the inventory data to your management software, you can import PD. txt into your management software.
