The composition of the water washed label material is mainly composed of synthetic materials, which are divided into:
*PET (polyester) * PVC (polyvinyl chloride) * BOPP (polypropylene)
*PE (polyethylene) * PS (polypropylene) * POLYIMIDE (polyethylene terephthalate)
*Metallized PET mainly includes laser rainbow film, brushed film, gold (high gloss, low gloss) and silver (high gloss, low gloss).
Compared with paper materials, these materials have higher strength, aesthetic appeal, wider applicability to the environment, and higher requirements for carbon ribbons. They mainly use mixed and resin based carbon ribbons. The specific type of carbon ribbon used depends on the user's requirements and the usage environment. If only friction resistance is required, R410 can be used. If there are other requirements such as corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, R510 should be used. However, at this time, only PET (180 ℃) and POLYIMIDE (300 ℃) materials can be used for labels.

To ensure optimal performance, please use, transport, and store carbon ribbon according to the following environmental requirements
Water washed carbon ribbon usage environment: 5 ℃ -35 ℃, relative humidity of 45% -85%
Water washed carbon ribbon transportation environment: -5 ℃ -45 ℃, relative humidity of 20% -85%, time not exceeding one month
Storage environment for washed carbon ribbon: -5 ℃ -40 ℃, stored under 20% -85% conditions, not exceeding one year
Attention: Directly exposing the carbon ribbon to sunlight and humid environments will cause damage to the carbon ribbon
