Product Name: Water cooled screw type medium and low temperature saline water unit Product Overview: The "Shanglei" series water cooled screw chiller is a product designed based on the technology of similar products at home and abroad. The technology of this series of chiller is mature and the design is simple. It adopts a 5:6 asymmetric twin-screw compressor. Through more than 20 years of practice, it has been proven that the product has stable performance, energy saving, long service life, and extremely low failure rate. This device can provide a cold water source of -40 ℃~0 ℃. According to user needs or process requirements, the refrigerant used is a saline solution (sodium chloride or calcium chloride is easy, and calcium chloride solution is recommended). It is suitable for various places, such as production processes in the chemical, metallurgical, electronic, food and other industries, and can also be used as a cold source host for large cold storage, ice rinks, etc.
Product Details

a. The compressors of each refrigeration system are started in sequence, and a single compressor is started with star delta voltage reduction under low load (25%) to reduce the starting current and thus reduce the impact on the power grid.

b. Application of Refrigeration Compressors

◇ Brand 5:6 asymmetric twin-screw compressor, which is the current screw compressor. Its moving parts are 1/10 of reciprocating compressors, and the vibration is 1/5 of reciprocating compressors, without the need for foundation fixation. A total of 11 high-precision German FAG and SKF bearings are used in both radial and axial directions, combined with axial thrust balance drums to balance axial loads. The failure rate is 1/10 of that of reciprocating compressors, and with the addition of components, the unit can operate stably for a long period of time, with high energy efficiency, long service life (100000 hours of operation), low failure rate, and easy maintenance.

A single compressor can achieve graded and stepless energy regulation, which is flexible, convenient, and energy-efficient in operation.

The double-layer three-dimensional oil separation filter has good oil filtration effect, ensuring the normal operation of the compressor and the cleanliness of the heat exchanger, so that the unit is always in heat exchange.

Adopting a pump free built-in pressure differential lubrication system, energy-saving and reliable.

◇ Fluorine resistant and low loss motor design, equipped with reliable motor overheating protection device to ensure reliable operation of the motor.

Equipped with a liquid refrigerant injection system under low temperature conditions, reducing the workload and operating temperature of critical parts, and ensuring the reliability of compressor operation.

The design of the exhaust chamber and continuous gas supply to the rotor ensure low vibration and low noise of the compressor.

d. The application of economic technology

The outlet temperature of the unit is below -10 ℃, using economizer technology. By fully utilizing the feature of the screw compressor with an economizer interface, a portion of the condenser liquid is throttled and depressurized through an expansion valve to enter the economizer for cooling the majority of the refrigerant from the condenser, increasing the subcooling temperature. At the same time, the single-stage compression of the screw compressor is transformed into a quasi two-stage compression, thereby improving the efficiency and reliability of the compressor.

e. Highly reliable functional components

◇ Heat exchanger: The evaporator and condenser of the unit are both shell and tube heat exchangers, using imported plates, and the internal heat exchange copper tubes are made of internally threaded copper tubes. It has high pressure resistance, high heat exchange efficiency, maintenance free, and long service life.

◇ System: The unit adopts Siemens system. Adopting PLC technology, it can accept programming and has complete communication functions, making it easy to interface with building intelligent systems.

Electrical system: The unit uses electrical components from brands such as Siemens and Schneider.

◇ Human machine interface: The unit adopts Siemens touch LCD display screen, with Chinese and English human-machine interface, simple operation program, one click start, and automatic operation.

Other operating components such as expansion valves, solenoid valves, drying filters, electrical components, etc. are all imported brands with reliable quality and long service life.

f. Application of refrigerants

Multiple refrigerants can be used, such as R134a, R407C, R404A, etc., to meet social requirements.

◇ Stability: Shanglei integrates global supplier resources to order each component of the unit, ensuring the high quality of each component and thus ensuring the stability of the overall quality of the machine.

Energy saving: The unit adopts the Siemens complete system, coupled with the energy-saving program independently developed by Shanglei Refrigeration, to ensure that the unit automatically adjusts the operation status of the compressor according to the set working conditions, greatly ensuring smooth and energy-saving operation of the unit. The unit can recover and utilize the waste heat from the condenser, reducing the operating costs of the unit.
