Product Features:

1. The surface hardness of tungsten carbon alloy treated with MVD reaches Rockwell HRC76 (approximately 1750 Vickers, ceramic grade), which is 8 times the hardness of ordinary stainless steel. The hardness of ordinary wear-resistant materials is below HRC60.

2. High creep point of sheath metal: 1850-2050 ℃; Melting point: 2100 ℃, no bending deformation occurs below 1800 ℃ when burned at high temperatures.

3. The surface alloy layer forms a whole with the substrate stainless steel, so the coefficient of thermal expansion and thermal brittleness are exactly the same, and cracking will not occur at high temperatures.

4. The oxide protective film generated at high temperatures effectively prevents oxidation corrosion of gases such as So2.

With the popularization of circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers in China's power industry, it is urgent to adopt ideal high-temperature, corrosion-resistant, and wear-resistant thermocouples to monitor furnace temperature.

The temperature control points for circulating fluidized bed boilers mainly include:

1. Fluidized bed main bed

The dense phase zone of the sulfide bed (at the distribution plate) has a temperature range of 0-1100 ℃, and the medium contains coal powder and coal blocks, as well as a large amount of H2S, SO2, NH3, CO2 strongly corrosive gases produced by combustion. The material in fluidized state has strong scouring force.

The dilute phase zone of the fluidized bed has a temperature range of 0-1100 ℃, and the material in the sulfurized state has strong scouring force and contains corrosive gases.

2. Inlet and outlet of cyclone separator and return feeder

The temperature range is 0-900 ℃, with a high-speed airflow of about 25-27m/s at the inlet and containing granular media, which has extremely strong scouring force.

3. Fluidized bed slag cooler

The temperature range is 0-800 ℃, and it contains particles and corrosive gases such as CO, CO2, SO2, H2S, etc.
