Overview

The V-cone flowmeter is a new type of throttling device that combines the advantages of the classic Venturi tube and annular orifice plate. Its theoretical principle is based on the Bernoulli equation of energy conservation and the flow continuity equation in a closed pipeline. Under stable flow conditions, the flow velocity in the pipeline is proportional to the square root of the differential pressure.

The V-cone flowmeter has good stability, high accuracy, good repeatability, wide range ratio, low requirements for installation pipe sections, and small pressure loss. It can measure fluids containing particles, low-pressure fluids, high humidity gases, and various dirty fluids.
