Wireless Sensor Network Teaching System

Basic introduction:

The ZigBee wireless sensor network teaching system is a wireless data transmission network designed based on the IEEE 802.15.4 technical standard and ZigBee network protocol. It is a medium to short distance, low-speed wireless sensor network with low RF transmission cost. Each node only requires a small amount of energy, low power consumption, and is suitable for long-term battery power supply. It can achieve point to multipoint, peer-to-peer communication between two points, fast network automatic configuration, automatic recovery, and advanced power management. Any sensor can coordinate with each other to achieve data communication.

Features:

  • The experimental box adopts a modular design, with a single sensor node divided into three parts: the node base plate (ZigBee), the RF module (wifi), and the sensor module. The RF module and sensor module are pluggable, making them easy to maintain and upgrade;

  • This experiment can configure up to 8 ZigBee terminal nodes, each with both terminal and routing functions. Any node can be set as a router, and each module can flexibly build complex ZigBee networks to help students gain a deeper understanding of the principles and network structures of wireless sensor networks;

  • Paired with a high-performance Cortex-A9 development board, supporting both Android and Linux systems;

  • Upload the data collected by the sensor to the PC through the WIFI module: Sensor → ZigBee → WiFi → PC;

  • Exclusive customized APP software, PC upper computer software, and web operation terminal for Chencheng Hengsheng;

  • Expansion configuration: NewIOT experimental platform (searchable in our store), designed with a magnetic structure for the ZigBee substrate, can be directly used by attaching the ZigBee substrate to the experimental platform without the need for separate external power and data cables, making it easy for students to operate and use (not included in the standard configuration);

  • Expansion configuration: Camera module, using 2-degree-of-freedom camera gimbal, can control camera movement, and equipped with camera gateway, can transmit camera images to terminal devices in real time(not included in the standard configuration);
