1、 Working principle

2、 Product Usage
Not limited to product types, packaging forms, packaging materials, including materials such as plastic packaging, aluminum foil packaging, glass cans, metal cans, bulk products, etc., materials with high density, including metals and non metals such as ceramics, iron, stainless steel, glass, stones, bones, hard rubber, hard plastics, etc. The specific situation depends on the product being tested.
3、 Product Introduction
X-ray foreign object detection equipment-As a key equipment in modern industrial production and quality control, it utilizes the penetration characteristics of X-rays to perform non-invasive inspections on various items and identify hidden foreign objects inside. The core working mechanism is that the equipment emits low-energy X-rays to penetrate the inspected object. Due to the varying degrees of X-ray absorption by different substances, such as proteins, fats, moisture in food, as well as foreign objects such as metals, glass, and stones that may be mixed in, the absorption ratio shows significant differences under X-ray irradiation. The detection device automatically measures the X-ray transmission ratio based on this, and the X-ray detector measures the intensity of the light beam passing through the inspected object, thereby keenly detecting foreign objects in the object that have different material compositions from the product itself. With the help of a computer, the internal condition of the inspected object is presented in clear images.
4、 Performance characteristics
1. Obtain a product transmission image by irradiating the tested product with X-rays, and use image processing techniques to determine whether the product image contains information about foreign objects.
2. The precision of stainless steel balls can reach a diameter of 0.3mm, the precision of stainless steel wires can reach a diameter of 0.2mm * 2mm, the precision of ceramic balls can reach a diameter of 1.0mm, and the precision of glass balls can reach a diameter of 1.0mm.
3. 15 inch large touch screen display, easy to achieve human-machine dialogue; The software comes with a self-learning function, which eliminates the need for users to manually set parameters and reduces the difficulty of use. It automatically saves product images for easy analysis and tracking of products in the future.
4. According to product testing requirements, areas that cause a decrease in product testing accuracy can be shielded to improve overall testing accuracy. For example, if the aluminum buckles at both ends of the ham sausage are shielded while other areas are detected normally, the aluminum buckles will not be considered foreign objects and will not affect high-precision detection in other areas.
5. The X-ray leakage rate meets the US FDA standard and European CE standard, less than 1 microsievert/hour: both software and hardware are equipped with complete safety protection measures, constantly sensing the machine status to avoid leakage accidents caused by user misoperation. For example, if the user opens the cabinet door while the machine is working, the machine will immediately stop X-ray irradiation automatically.
