Product Overview:
The XD series vacuum pump is a single-stage multi disc oil sealed vacuum pump, which is a basic equipment for obtaining vacuum. It has a rotor installed eccentrically with the pump body and fixed tangent to the surface of the pump body. There are three radially sliding rotor blades in the rotor slot. When the rotor rotates, centrifugal force keeps the rotor in constant contact with the inner wall of the pump body, and the rotor divides the pump chamber into three working chambers with periodically variable volumes. The periodic variation of the working chamber volume enables the pump to complete suction and exhaust. At each rotation, the pump extracts a portion of the gas from the container until it reaches the maximum pressure of the vacuum pump.

The XD series vacuum pump has the following characteristics:
1. Direct transmission mechanism, compact structure, light weight;
2. Air cooling, no need for water, easy operation, low maintenance cost;
3. Multiple rotating blades with rubber pads installed at the bottom, ensuring smooth operation and minimal vibration;
4. The pump is equipped with an oil and gas separator, which can effectively eliminate tiny oil mist in the exhaust;
5. The pump is designed with an automatic oil circulation system, which does not require frequent refueling;
6. The pump is equipped with an automatic suction valve. When the pump stops working, the suction valve automatically isolates the pump from the pumped system to prevent the pump oil from returning to the pumped system;
7. High pumping efficiency, with a high pumping rate even when the inlet pressure approaches the maximum pressure;
8. It can operate within a wide inlet pressure range of 105-102pa.

The XD series vacuum pump has been widely and successfully applied in vacuum packaging, vacuum forming, and vacuum suction. It still plays a huge role in material transportation and processing. In modern technology, single-stage rotary vane vacuum pumps will become an important basic equipment, replacing countless conventional processes with vacuum technology.
Note: XD series vacuum pumps cannot remove flammable, explosive, high oxygen content, and corrosive gases;
